Borghi Assali produces this special steering axle for Tecna, the Spanish manufacturer of forklift trucks. In this project Borghi Assali has satisfied their particular needs in the production of electric counterbalanced lift trucks. This axle has a capacity of 3,500 kg. and a steering angle of 85 °.

Although we wanted to give great attention to ensuring very high steering angles, it was also possible to guarantee the sturdiness, resistance to stress and durability of our axles. Special attention was given to the design phase and to the choice of materials and components.

The high quality materials used for the bushings and the joints not only favor the perfect sizing of the steering cylinders (produced internally), but also guarantee excellent performances of our Axles. All this is completed by thermal and chemical treatments and by special paints for all the components, in order to guarantee a durability even in the case of use in hostile environments.
