Ship loader with a total weight of 55 tons. The movement is ensured by Borghi EBo 715.00AA and EBo715.00AB groups with respective capacity of 23 tons and 4.5 tons. These all hydraulic groups are two twin wheels (23 tons) and 2 with single wheels (4.5 tons). All groups have a hydraulic drive and steering motor.

Innovation 1
Considering the environment in which our EBo 715.000AA and EBo 715.000AB units operate, it was essential to provide special treatments against salt spray for all the unpainted components. While for the paintable parts a special C5M painting was carried out to protect from the typical marine corrosion.

To limit the overall height of the wheel drive units, while still guaranteeing the required capacities, cushion press tires were used instead of traditional ones.
Innovation 2
The designers of this ship loader requested a maximum speed of 1,3 km/h and a maximum gradient of 5%, all performances obtained without problems thanks to our EBo715.000AA and EBo715.000AB motor wheels.
