Electric steering axle 504010000
The collaboration with the company Elettric 80 started when we were asked to manufacture a rear tilting axle composed of two steering-only wheels for a high load AGV. Borghi Assali did it with the creation of 504010000 tilting axle. The superelastic wheels and the special configuration of the units have ensured the load capacity with the minimum dimensions required by the customer. The power of the electric motors and the torque provided by the steering reducers guarantee the desired performance.

Innovation 1
With the axle 504010000, the AGV can move in all directions. This capacity makes it possible to move the AGV in tight spaces, such as inside warehouses and port container areas.
Innovation 3
The 50401000 axle has a capacity of 3,000 kg. It is made up of two EBv350 steering-only vertical wheel drives in the steering part, connected by an axle that tilts by means of a central pin similar to that of counterbalanced lift trucks.

Our electric motors, custom built to our specifications and equipped with absolute encoders, are perfectly controlled by the AGV hardware and software, thus ensuring precise positioning during maneuvers.
