Given the limited load capacity required and the low power required, Borghi Assali has focused on designing a special wheel drive with the main purpose of containing costs.

Our electric motors, custom built to our specifications and equipped with absolute encoders, are perfectly controlled by the AGV hardware and software, thus ensuring precise positioning during maneuvers.

The EBo580.000A used in Morello Giovanni AGVs are all equipped with both traction and steering system. We have choosen this configuration because, despite the customer’s need to reduce the total dimensions, the required movement capacities made it necessary to have 4 traction motors.

The Morello Giovanni company produces several other AGVs and transporters with high flow rates for which we supply other horizontal wheel drives such as EBo405.000R and EBo4000AF with a load capacity of kg. 5,500 each.
