Ship loader with a total weight of 100 tons. The movement is ensured by Borghi EBo 1100.000C groups with a capacity of 25 tons each. Of these groups, all electric, 2 have been made with traction and steering and 2 fixed idlers. All this because the high power of our electric motors has allowed us to obtain the required performance with the use of only 2 traction motors.

Considering the environment in which our EBo 1100.000S units (port area in Russia) operate, it was essential to provide special treatments against salt spray for all the unpainted components. While for the paintable parts a special C5M painting was carried out to protect from the typical marine corrosion.

The designers of this ship loader requested a maximum speed of 3 km/h and a maximum gradient of 5%, all performances obtained without problems thanks to our EBo1100.000S motor wheels.
